Nick Chaffey
President
Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Nick spent over a decade after Saint Mary’s Business School working in two global organizations which brought him across North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
He has extensive experience within project design/management, residential valuation & supply management, and brings a wealth of experience in executive management, leading teams, building organizations, and executing large projects. His passion for real estate coupled with building, developing and growing people has propelled him to this stage.
After returning to Halifax and starting a family he is grateful to be back home in Nova Scotia and inspired to be able to help families build their homes and bring visions to life.
Micheal has been working within medical and commercial mobility sales for the past 15 years. His educational background in marketing and business has led him into an extensive career in sales and business development.
Michael has always had a desire to work and pursue real estate as a full-time endeavour. He has been slowly building a residential real estate portfolio over the past 10 years which he continues to manage and grow. Developing business, building relationships, meeting client needs and making the deal that works for you is Michael’s forte.

Conni Zafiris
Director of Design + Creative
Conni’s experience is deep rooted in the creative process. Her educational background from both the Lasalle College in Montreal and Parsons school of Design NYC has led her into a successful career within fashion and interior design. As an entrepreneur Conni has built a flourishing women’s clothing brand through an innovative design and modern branding. Conni is careful, intensive and creative about the process. She has an innate ability to bring a client’s vision to life. With a foundation in fashion her design passion has now jumped started an impressive endeavour in interior design.
Director of Operations
Andrea’s background starts with over a decade in childhood education and development. She has extensive experience in program management and coordination. She has developed an immense passion for all things homes and design.
Over the past 5 years she’s been working diligently on the coordination and design of residential homes. She has also been supporting the management of residential properties, operations management and coordination of real estate projects.
